1. stealing mission objective items. - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
I think the GMs tend to reset missions when the MR is unaware that they have been robbed. I'd imagine if I petition that the loot simply wasn't there I'd get them to reset it. Probably takes too much to figure out if the loot was stolen or simply...

3. Ninja salvaging and the flaws contained in CCP's sad look at legality. - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
Don't compare Eve salvage with a wrecked car. It is called salvaging for a reason. It is like a ship lost at sea. At that point it is finders keepers. Don't talk legality without understanding the legalities involved.

7. Hrm. Aggression timer?! What nonsense is this? - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
I'm guessing that the aggression timer fix stopped it from being an exploit. The problem before was that a pilot could well fly around being unaware that they had an active aggression timer because the client wouldn't indicate such.

9. bane of new pilots - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
A big part of Eve is that you have to learn as you go. If you get popped in lowsec, don't go in to lowsec. Doing the same things will likely result in the same results. For doing courier missions in lowsec, for instance, you may want to try a rea...
